Refund Eligibility

• A payment has been made in error or duplicated.
• The requested service cannot be provided by Vision Ads.
• A cancellation request is received before any work has commenced.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided:

• Once project work has started.
• After campaign setup, strategy development, or creative work has been initiated.
• For completed consultations or advisory services.
• For services already delivered or partially completed.
• For delays or issues caused by third-party platforms, including advertising networks, payment providers, hosting providers, or software services.

Cancellation Requests

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email before work begins. Approval of cancellation requests remains at the sole discretion of Vision Ads.

Refund Processing
